Trent got his first job, umpiring little league!! He looks so cute out there. I love to watch him. Ryan does it with him. Ryan is a volunteer and Trent gets paid. They switch off being plate or field umpires.
In the beginning, I think Trent really loved having Ryan there to help him. It's difficult because no one likes the umpire. One kid called Ryan stupid. They are learning to let things roll off their back and not take it personally.
ps. I was also proud of myself for hemming their umpire pants. I watched a youtube video and taught myself.
