Besides seeing Dear Evan Hansen, Emily's #2 thing to do in New York was to visit Cookie Do NYC. A trendy new thing that is all over Instagram. It opened last January. Set up like an ice cream store but it is ALL cookie dough. and it was so good! My brother Jeff took us there. He said last summer the lines were hours long, but when were there it wasn't crowded at all.
I was taking way too many videos...
