Disney World Characters

Meeting characters was a huge thing for Emily.  She loves characters.  and Trent couldn't care less about meeting characters so we had to compromise.  a few times we split up, and a few times we had to wait for Emily to get her signature and picture.  All in all, she got to meet 24 characters. Not bad!

The character meals were the best way to knock out a bunch!  We had lunch at Animal Kindom at Tusker House.  with Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy.  great restaurant!!  

Emily planned a few various Disney outfits to coordinate with the characters she knew she would meet.  so notice her Goofy leggings??

This was day one when I could still get Trent to pose for a character picture.  not the case by day 10.

Our second character meal was the Bon Voyage Breakfast  at the Disney Boardwalk shopping area.  Amazing!  We did this on our last day.  slept in, went out to breakfast, back to the hotel for 2 hours of swimming and then off to the airport!  This character breakfast opened up about a year ago and is very popular!  I had to get up at 3 am to get reservations, 3 months ago, because they book within minutes of opening.  (6 am Florida time)

This breakfast had Ariel, Prince Eric, Flynn Ryder and Rapunzel.  So fun to be with face characters...people that can talk to you.

Rapunzel and Flynn chatted with us about how Rapunzel is giving Flynn drawing lessons.

And after telling Eric that we were flying home that day, he started talking about  how any ship (plane) that doesn't stay on the water isn't safe.

Peter Pan did NOT like Emily's Captain Hook leggings.  He told her to sit in something nasty.
