May

May has gone by in a blur as we prepare for the end of the school year and Emily's graduation on June 18th.  Here are some random pictures from May.

Mother's day

a scout campout injury! While hiking through the Ape Caves, (pitch black caves with a headlamp) Jacob hit his head on a rock.  a leader was close by and bandaged him up in the cave, and then afterwards, another leader, an ER doctor, washed and cleaned it.  but Jake didn't need glue.  Jacob still says it was an awesome campout.

Trent brought leftover steak for lunch, but didn't bring silverware or a plate.  so he grabbed some stuff from the cafeteria. 

Ryan took the Laurel's shooting for a YW activity.  They loved it and it was a good way to blow off some nerves, as it was the night before AP testing.

LAST choir concert of the year.  senior recognition.  very emotional.  both emily and trent had solos and did fantastic!

LAST voice recital of the year.  we love our voice teacher, Rachelle!

AP scholar recognition banquet.  Emily finishes high school having taken 6 AP classes and 3 community college classes.  Way to go smartie!
