My beautiful Emily is 19!!!  Although we were sad to not be able to celebrate in person with her, she had a fantastic day and will be home soon for Thanksgiving.

She felt very loved.  Dinner the night before with Ryan's parents.  Breakfast with my sister Lynne.  and Lynne made her a Harry Potter cake.  just like Hagrid's.  

opened her package from home.  Her roommates decorated the dorm room,  then kidnapped her for a surprise that afternoon.  which turned out to be dinner at a Japanese restaurant and tickets to the Vocal Point concert.  (college make a capella) THEN Emily got to meet each member of Vocal Point afterwards, they sang her happy birthday and signed a poster for her.  The roommates had FB messaged and DM'd every member of vocal point to let them know that a girl named Emily would be at the concert and it was her birthday.  So when she actually got to meet them, someone would say, "oh you're Emily!  I got a FB message about you."
