Brandon Mull book signing

This week I loaded up my car with 5 teenage Brandon Mull fanatics, and we went up to north Seattle for a book signing.  These girls were hilarious!!  They were practically hyperventilating, so nervous and excited.  Even a few tears were shed.

He signed all of Emily's books, and in this one, below, she had him write "mormonmafiaunite  a joke she has going with her friends.

He was funny and so nice!!  And also announced a second Fablehaven series will be coming out!  yay!  All the girls brought their books to school the next day to show everyone.

Traffic was so bad getting there, I was so sad we were 20 minutes late, but then guess what?  So was Brandon Mull.  Apparently, he had done 2 assemblies at the two neighboring schools to where we live!  same school district.  too bad it wasn't our schools.  But we were driving the same way.  Took us about 1 1/2 hours to get there.
And of course, if we're driving all that way up north we might as well stop at Café Rio!  It was a really fun night.
