swim team

Jacob just finished his second year of swim team.  He still loves it.  Butterfly is his best and favorite stroke.  This was the first swim season that everyone could remember where we had no rain the entire season.  June was HOT and dry.  It was fantastic.  Emily also signed up for swim team, but only made it to two meets, because of EFY, girls camp and trek.  We love our neighborhood swim team!

his funniest story was when he had a great race, earning a personal best time.  When he got out of the water and I told him about his new personal best time and told him congratulations, he said very surprised, "You're kidding!  I have a cut on my foot that stings when I kick, so that race I was only using my arms!"
