Jacob got glasses this week! I was a little surprised it happened so young, he's only seven. Emily didn't get her glasses till she was 13. He seems to be excited about it and keeps taking them on and off again. I remember I got glasses in third grade. They were pastel pink and blue. I loved them until my brother saw me the first day I got them and started calling me four-eyes. Then I hated them. But Jake seems happy. he likes to lift them up then put them back on his face over and over, saying "blurry, clear! blurry, clear!"
I tried for forever to get a good picture of all three of them but it was impossible...
